A look back at blood donation with music

Here's a look back at the musical blood donation event that took place on Friday 7 March at the Opéra, with the Établissement Français du Sang, where over a hundred donors were welcomed.

It was a day punctuated by musical moments provided by our Orchestra artists (François-Xavier Parison, Jeanne Maurin, Sylvain Durantel, Isabelle Le Boulanger, Pierre Colombain, Olivier Sauvage, Hélène Van Acker)! Many thanks to them, as well as to the EFS and Opera teams, volunteers and donors.

As a reminder, each donation can save up to 3 lives. This blood donation contributed to the health of 333 patients. There is a constant need for blood products, particularly to treat people suffering from serious illnesses or victims of accidents. 10,000 blood donations are needed every day in France.

This event was part of the January Solidarity programme.
