Because donating blood is a gesture of solidarity and sharing, the Opéra national de Lorraine is joining forces with the Établissement Français du Sang and opening its doors to you on Friday March 7 from 12 noon to 6pm.
The afternoon will be punctuated by intimate, tasty music provided by artists from the Opéra Orchestra for donors.
Mozart's refinement will be in the spotlight. A light, gallant Divertimento will transform the donation room into an 18th century salon for a moment, before the composer's great opera arias ring out on the flute and oboe. Mozart will then give way to an unusual duet, featuring the smallest instrument in the orchestra - the piccolo - and the largest - the double bass.
This event is part of the Janvier de la solidarité.
